Internal linking answers

Do internal links help SEO?

Internal links distribute crawl access and context between pages and express which page is the authority for a topic. They are one factor among many; adding links does not by itself produce rankings.

Does the plugin add internal links automatically?

It performs a read-only evaluation first for the post types you selected. When a plan passes all quality gates, approved additions can be implemented. Existing links are preserved and rollback snapshots are stored.

How are orphan pages found?

From the shared content and internal-link index. A page with no relevant inbound links inside its cluster is reported with the anchors and cluster connections that would resolve it.

Can internal linking run as part of the plan?

Yes. Background workers can generate, validate, internally link and schedule content as part of the Autonomous Growth Plan, within your configured limits.
